| Once you obtain a Summon Gem you need to hand it to the Fairy Godmother that currently resides in Merlin's House at Traverse Town. Give it to her and she'll unlock the Summon within so then you can use it in battle by scrolling down to 'Magic' on your commands box and then scrolling down to the bottom and select 'Summon', then choose whichever Summon you wish. How to reach Merlin's House: Once you have learnt the 'Fire' spell, go to Traverse Town and then to Disctrict Three where you faught Guard Armour, use 'Fire' on the door that has the Fire mark on it and it should magically open. (You don't have you use Fire again on it after the first time.) Now jump across each moving stone platform to the little house across the water. Walk round the house to the left and go through the little "door". Sora will then think he saw Kairi, but it was only a figment of his imagination. Then suddenly Merlin will appear and start to unpack his suitcase.
